Cookie policy.

Effective 31 August 2026 · Last updated 31 August 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies may also store or read browser information. Some are necessary for a site to operate; others require your choice.

2. How consent works

Strictly necessary cookies are used without optional consent because they provide requested security, authentication and privacy-choice functions. Analytics and marketing are off by default and may be used only after you enable them. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent access to the public site.

3. Cookies currently used

CookiePurposeDurationCategory
aarka_cookie_consentRemembers privacy choices on this device.12 monthsNecessary
aarka_dev_sessionAuthenticates an invited developer after secure-code verification.12 hoursNecessary
aarka_admin_sessionAuthenticates authorised AARKA administrators.12 hoursNecessary

One-time access challenges are stored securely on the server and expire after 10 minutes; they are not browser cookies.

4. Optional categories

Analytics

If enabled, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics to help us understand aggregated visits, interactions and performance. Google Analytics commonly uses _ga and _ga_* cookies for up to two years. These technologies are blocked unless Analytics consent is granted.

Marketing

If enabled, marketing technologies may help measure campaigns or make communications more relevant. Advertising storage and personalisation remain denied unless this category is enabled.

5. Third-party services and links

If you open an external service such as Calendly, WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn, it may set cookies under its own policy. AARKA’s controls govern technologies loaded on aarka.in, not cookies placed after you navigate away.

6. Change your choice

Reopen “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser, though blocking necessary cookies may prevent secure portals from working. A new consent request may appear when this policy or our use materially changes.

7. Contact

Questions can be sent to info@aarka.in. See our Privacy Policy for more about your rights.
