2. Information we collect
Depending on how you engage with us, we may collect:
- identity and contact details, including name, email, telephone number, country and city;
- advisory details such as geography of interest, budget or ticket size, investment horizon, property preferences and information shared in a consultation;
- event registrations, attendance preferences, virtual-seat requests and related communications;
- private-room, enquiry and consultation records;
- for developer partners, corporate contacts, account access records, company profiles, logos, websites, project information, photographs, brochures and submitted materials;
- technical and security information such as IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, authentication events and cookie choices.
Please avoid providing sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it for a lawful reason.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries; provide and personalise advisory services; arrange consultations and events; qualify and manage investor relationships; operate private rooms and partner portals; review and publish approved developer submissions; protect our systems; comply with law; and improve our services. Our legal bases may include taking steps at your request or performing a contract, consent, legitimate interests in operating a secure advisory business, and legal obligations.
4. Communications
We may send service messages, secure access codes, event confirmations and requested responses. The AARKA NCR Realty Intelligence briefing is sent only after email confirmation. Every briefing includes an unsubscribe link, and withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We send other promotional communications only where permitted by law and, where required, with consent. Essential service and security messages may still be sent.
5. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with cloud hosting, storage, security, communications and professional-service providers; with project or developer partners when needed to progress an AARKA-led enquiry or transaction; with disclosed event partners; and with authorities or advisers where legally required or needed to protect rights and safety. Developer relationships remain coordinated through AARKA unless we clearly explain otherwise.
6. International transfers
Our clients, events and service providers are international. Information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions or other lawful transfer mechanisms, with appropriate security measures.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, relationship management, dispute resolution and legal, regulatory, accounting or security requirements. Secure access codes expire after 10 minutes and authenticated portal sessions after 12 hours. Cookie choices are retained for up to 12 months. Intelligence subscriber records are retained while active; after unsubscribe we retain only limited suppression and consent records where necessary to honour the opt-out and demonstrate compliance. Partner content may be retained while an account, project or legal obligation remains active. We periodically delete or anonymise information no longer required.
8. Security
We use proportionate administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, limited-privilege partner accounts, approval workflows, secure session cookies and protected storage. No internet service is completely risk-free, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; receive a portable copy; nominate another person; opt out of certain sharing, targeted advertising or profiling; and complain to a regulator. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. Email info@aarka.in. We may verify identity and retain limited information where law permits or requires.
10. AI-supported advisory
If AARKA offers AI-assisted comparisons or investment memos, they are informational tools reviewed within an advisory context. We do not use them to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
11. Children
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
12. Cookies and external links
Our Cookie Policy explains site technologies and preference controls. Third-party links are governed by those parties’ own privacy practices.
13. Changes and complaints
We may update this notice as services or laws change and will post the revised date here. Contact info@aarka.in first with a privacy question or complaint. You may also complain to the competent authority in your jurisdiction, including the Data Protection Board of India when applicable.
